Job summary

PT Seikou Seat Cover is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead the garment production section. You will monitor planning and control activities, ensure targets are met, and drive cost-down and safety initiatives.

Strong leadership and data-driven decision making are essential. The role requires a Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Management with at least 5 years in a similar production management position within garment manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor (S1) or Master (S2) in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Management.
• 5 years of experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role within garment manufacturing.
• Strong analytical thinking and good communication skills.
• High sense of responsibility, accountability and strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, plan, and control all activities in the production section, including target, productivity, shipping, cost down, safety and manpower.
• Prepare monthly and annual operational budgets and support cost-efficiency.
• Ensure production runs on schedule and targets are achieved in terms of quality and quantity.
• Build harmonious relationships with section employees and evaluate their work periodically.
• Analyze using 5W + 1H & PDCA; perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
