Zusammenfassung

PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa Tbk is seeking a Production Supervisor to ensure processes run effectively in line with GMP, HACCP and capacity targets. You will lead quality control, bottleneck analysis and monitor OEE, driving Kaizen improvements.

The candidate should have a minimum S1 in related fields, at least 2 years of supervisory experience in production, and strong data analysis skills to optimize processes and ensure ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years experience as Supervisor/Leader in Production.
• Strong data analysis and quality control skills.
• Understanding of GMP, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000.
• Proficient in Excel for data processing.

About you

Minimum S1 education in Food Technology, Nutrition Science, Animal Husbandry, or related field

Minimum 2 years experience as Supervisor/Leader in Production

Understanding of Process & Production Control (Flowprocess Mapping, Line Balancing, Capacity Planning, Bottleneck Analysis, Overall Equipment Effectiveness)

Understanding of GMP, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen

Strong in Data Analysis, Quality Control & Statistical Tools (Pareto, Fishbone, 5-Whys, Root Cause)

Understanding of ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000

Understanding of Industrial Engineering Tools such as Work Measurement, Layout Improvement, Productivity Analysis, Cost Awareness, Man Power Planning

Understanding of target-based production systems

Ready to work shifts

Proficient in Microsoft Excel data processing

Established more than 26 years ago, PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa, Tbk. (The “Company”) started its business from cattle fattening. The business has grown rapidly since then, venturing continuously in consumer goods and agricultural commodities businesses. The company expanded its cattle farm and feed mill, then built its own cattle abattoir to supply Indonesia’s meat demand. Subsequently, it launched its commodity business, consisting of rice mill and warehouses and entered the vertically integrated poultry business.
