Job summary

PT TOPY PALINGDA Manufacturing Indonesia is hiring a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, ensuring targets for production, quality, and delivery are met. You will lead and develop operators and team leaders, coordinate with related departments, and maintain compliance with SOP, safety, and 5S, driving continuous improvement in productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering from a reputable university.
• At least 1 year of working experience in manufacturing.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge about Automotive Engineering and Automotive Business.
• Able to work under pressure and achieve production targets.
• Good communication in Bahasa and English.
