Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering is required.
• Proven manufacturing or production operations experience with leadership responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities in line with the production plan.
• Achieve production output targets per standards and optimize resources.
• Lead lean initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, TPM) to improve efficiency.
• Ensure products meet quality standards in collaboration with Quality team.
• Promote safety and regulatory compliance across the plant.
