Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• Proven experience in manufacturing or production operations with leadership responsibility.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001/K3 standards.

Responsibilities

• Production Planning & Execution: manage daily production activities to meet the plan, optimize resources, and resolve issues.
• Operational Excellence: implement productivity initiatives, analyze downtime and bottlenecks, drive continuous improvement.
• Quality Management: ensure products meet standards and lead root cause investigations and CAPA.
• Safety, Health & Environment (SHE): enforce safety standards and participate in incident investigations.
• Leadership & People Management: lead and develop production teams, manage performance and discipline.
• Reporting & Coordination: prepare production reports and collaborate with Maintenance, Planning, Quality, Warehouse and Engineering.
