Job summary

Dekoruma is seeking a Production Planning and Inventory Control lead to coordinate production workflow for project manufacturing requests and ensure maximum efficiency with minimal delays.

You will manage MRP usage, generate MPS, maintain BOM/BOP calculations, and safeguard profitability targets while collaborating with warehousing, distribution, and logistics teams. Leadership and strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain or PPIC, preferably from manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production planning and inventory control across projects.
• Coordinate production workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize delays.
• Maintain inventory stock levels and buffer stock planning with the inventory team.
• Utilize MRP and generate Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Maintain BOM/BOP calculations to support profitability targets.
• Work cross-functionally with internal and external divisions.
• Supervise, guide and develop the team.
• Identify problems, analyze root causes, and implement solutions to keep workflow smooth.

Job description

• Responsible for the whole Production Planning and Inventory Control activities by coordinating production workflow for project manufacturing request to ensure maximum efficiency and minimum delay
• Involved with other job tasks relevant to Supply Chain, such as Warehousing, Distribution and Logistics.
• Utilize Material Requirement Planning (MRP) system and generate Master Production Schedule (MPS)
• Maintain the production BOM (Bill of Material) system and BOP (Bill of Process) calculation to ensure manufacturing profitability target in business level
• Maintain inventory stock level and buffer stock planning for production needs with inventory team
• Work cross-functionally with other divisions both internally and externally
• Supervise, guide and develop the team
• Identify problems, analyze and come up with solutions to maintain smooth work-flows

Minimum Qualifications

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Logistics, Business Administration, or other relevant field.
• 2+ years of professional working experiences in Supply Chain or PPIC specifically, preferably comes from Manufacturing background.

Skills :

• Expert in utilizing Material Requirement Planning (MRP) system and generate Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Have excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
• Strong organizational and analytic skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Good at math and statistics
• Have great communication skills.
