Job summary

PT. Softex Indonesia is seeking a production scheduling specialist to create daily/shift line schedules, align with changeover matrices, and oversee on-time execution.

You will verify materials readiness in IFS ERP, manage deviations, and drive continuous improvement with SMED and schedule stability. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years in scheduling, strong Excel skills, and experience with APS.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's in Engineering or related fields.
• 2-5 years experience in production scheduling/shopfloor planning.
• Proficiency in IFS ERP (MRP, routes, work orders); strong in Excel; familiar with APS.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and sequencing: Create daily/shift schedules per line honoring changeover matrices, labor, QA, and maintenance windows.
• Shopfloor coordination: Issue work orders, confirm actuals, manage deviations and re-sequencing within 1 week frozen fence.
• Materials readiness: Verify component availability in IFS; address MRP exceptions and shortages.
• Changeover optimization: Sequence SKUs to minimize time and waste across families.
• Execution & reporting: Track plan vs actual, downtime reasons, and replan frequency; update confirmations.
• Continuous improvement: Propose run-rule updates and support SMED and schedule stability.

Requirements:
