Job summary

PT DBG Technology Indonesia is seeking a production planning professional to manage planning, scheduling, and capacity constraints in a manufacturing setting. The role requires leadership experience and strong coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in production planning roles, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with SAP/ERP systems to handle planning transactions and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• 3–5 years of experience in Production Planning, Production Control (PC), PMC, or PPIC within a manufacturing environment.
• At least 1 year of experience in a team-leading or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, material readiness, capacity planning, order fulfillment, and delivery management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
• Familiar with SAP/ERP systems and production planning-related transactions/data.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, production capacity, material requirements, and production constraints.
• Able to independently manage production planning activities and effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Strong leadership, ownership, follow-up, and execution capabilities.
