Job summary

PT Asix Global Industrial in Mojokerto is seeking a Production Planning Inventory Control (PPIC) Staff to balance customer demand with production capacity and material availability. You will create and monitor production schedules, track raw materials, WIP and finished goods, and coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, QC and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in related fields, at least 3 years PPIC experience in manufacturing, and strong ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Production Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of PPIC experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a Bonded Zone.
• Strong knowledge of Production Planning, MRP, Inventory Control and Capacity Planning.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to be placed in Kutorejo, Mojokerto.

The main objective of the role is to balance customer demand with production capacity and material availability, keeping manufacturing costs down while maintaining high on-time delivery rates.

Key responsibilities

Create and monitor production schedules aligned with demand, capacity, and material availability

Track levels of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods

Ensure timely material readiness and coordinate directly with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, QC, and Logistics

Oversee fulfillment schedules and maintain accurate records in ERP systems

Balance forecast demand against plant and machine capacities to prevent bottleneck

Determine raw material and packaging needs to ensure continuous availability without overstock

About you
