Job summary

PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee NBL production, ensuring high-quality outputs while maintaining GMP and HACCP compliance. You will lead a team of operators, plan schedules, monitor processes, and coordinate with maintenance and procurement to optimize resources.

The role requires a pharmacist education and 2-3 years in production supervision within food, beverage, or pharmaceutical settings, with strong leadership and data-driven decision-making

Qualifications

• Pharmacist professional education required.
• 2-3 years in a production supervisor role in food, beverage or pharmaceutical industries preferred.
• Experience with NBL (Non-Beta Lactam) products or pharmacy products beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of production operators, providing training and feedback.
• Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet demand.
• Monitor processes, identify bottlenecks and deviations, resolve issues.
• Enforce GMP and HACCP quality standards across production.
• Oversee raw material inventory and coordination with procurement and logistics.
• Maintain accurate production records (output, waste, downtime, quality checks).
• Coordinate with maintenance for inspections and corrective actions.
• Prepare and present production reports with KPIs and challenges.
