Job summary

PT Mersifarma TM in Sukabumi, West Java, Indonesia, seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities and ensure targets are met. You will monitor processes for GMP, safety, and quality, and drive improvements across manufacturing lines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–3 years of production experience in regulated industries, with strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate across departments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in production, preferably in regulated manufacturing industries such as pharmaceutical, medical device, or food.
Previous supervisory or team leader experience is preferred.
Good understanding of GMP, production processes, quality standards, and occupational safety.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination across departments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and production reporting tools.
High level of discipline, responsibility, integrity, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet targets.
Monitor processes for compliance with procedures, quality standards, safety, and GMP.
Track production performance, including productivity and downtime.
Identify problems and coordinate corrective actions to minimize delays and waste.
Investigate deviations and participate in CAPA activities.
Ensure safety, hygiene, housekeeping, and environmental standards in production areas.
