Job summary

• 5 years of experience as Manager/Assistant Manager in plastic injection molding automotive manufacturing.
• Proven track record in reducing defects, improving production quality, and BIQ-related activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control daily production activities to meet production targets according to the plan.
• Oversee injection molding production processes including capacity, manpower, machine utilization, and schedules.
• Monitor productivity, quality, BIQ, and efficiency across each production line.
• Identify and reduce production defects, waste and quality issues.
• Analyze production problems and implement corrective actions to boost productivity.
• Monitor line performance and seek improvements for efficiency.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Warehouse, and PPIC to resolve issues.
• Develop and supervise production team members to achieve targets.
• Establish and monitor production KPIs and take action when targets are not met.
• Promote continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, quality, and operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, procedures, and manufacturing requirements.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Our client is a Automotive (Plastic injection manufacture) company. Currently, they are looking for Production Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and control daily production activities to ensure production targets are achieved according to the production plan.

Oversee the injection molding production process, including production capacity, manpower, machine utilization, and production schedules.

Monitor and improve productivity, quality, BIQ, and production efficiency across each production line.

Identify and reduce production defects, waste, and other quality-related issues.

Analyze production problems and implement effective problem-solving and corrective actions to improve productivity and production performance.

Monitor the performance of each production line and identify opportunities for improvement.

Ensure products are produced according to required quality standards and specifications.

Coordinate production activities to ensure on-time delivery and sufficient supply to the next process.

Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly production reports, including production performance, quality, productivity, and improvement activities.

Coordinate with related departments, including Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Warehouse, and PPIC, to resolve production-related issues.

Manage, supervise, and develop production team members to achieve departmental targets.

Establish and monitor production KPIs and take appropriate actions when performance does not meet targets.

Promote continuous improvement activities to improve production efficiency, quality, and operational performance.

Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and manufacturing requirements.

Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Have 5 years of experience as a Manager/Assistant Manager in plastic injection molding automotive manufacturing.

Proven experience in reducing defects, improving production quality, and understanding productivity, quality, and BIQ-related activities.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
