Job summary

PT Jones and Vining Indonesia seeks a Supervisor Injection Board to oversee production supervision and injection molding engineering activities at the Cikupa, Banten site. Qualifications

• D3/S1 in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in high pressure thermoplastic injection molding.
• Experience in Injection Molding Engineering preferred.
• Experience as Production Supervisor/Injection Supervisor/Injection Molding Engineer welcomed.
• Familiar with thermoplastic materials, machine parameter setting, mold setting, troubleshooting, and quality control.
• Able to analyze and solve machine and process problems.
• At least 1 year of team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production targets, quality, and schedules are achieved.
• Monitor machine parameters, material usage, and product quality.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Lead and evaluate the production team.
• Coordinate with Quality, PPIC, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.
• Support productivity and efficiency improvement.

Job description

We are looking for a Supervisor Injection Board who can handle both Production Supervision and Injection Molding Engineering activities.

Requirements:

Minimum D3/S1 in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in High Pressure Thermoplastic Injection Molding.

Experience in Injection Molding Engineering is highly preferred.

Experience as a Production Supervisor, Injection Supervisor, or Injection Molding Engineer is welcome.

Familiar with Thermoplastic materials, machine parameter setting, mold setting, troubleshooting, and quality control.

Able to analyze and solve machine and process problems.

At least 1 year of team leadership experience.

Good leadership, communication, technical, and problem-solving skills.

Familiar with 5S/5R, Lean Manufacturing, and K3.

Willing to work shifts when required.

Willing to be based in Cikupa, Banten.
