Job summary

This Indonesian client in the plastics injection molding sector seeks a Production Manager to lead daily operations, ensure SQDC compliance, and supervise a large production team.

You will drive capacity planning, Kaizen, 5S, and Lean initiatives, collaborate with Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain, and report KPIs while maintaining union relations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Business English proficiency.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Manager in automotive plastic injection molding with a 200+ employee team in a unionized environment.
• Strong problem-solving using 5W1H and Fishbone Analysis, with knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and capacity planning.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict management.
