Job summary

PT Mitsubishi Electric Indonesia is seeking a Production Coordinator to oversee manufacturing operations in West Java. Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Bachelor in engineering, with leadership experience and a hands-on approach to process improvement.

You will work with Mechanical/Industrial engineering principles, operate CAD/CAM, and apply kaizen and 5S to optimize sheet metal processes. Japanese language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor degree from a reputable university is required.
• Majoring in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering is preferred.
• Experience or familiarity with CAD/CAM and sheet metal processes (bending, stamping, welding) is required.
• Knowledge of kaizen and 5S methodologies is expected.
• Japanese language ability is advantageous.
