Tapestry is seeking a Manager, Production Operations to oversee SP quality, manufacturing, and CSR performance in Indonesia. You will manage production plans and drive lean initiatives while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in production/sourcing, 2+ years in management, and strong data analysis with Excel; SAP is a plus. English fluency is required for global collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of experience in production operations or sourcing handbags, accessories, footwear, or related lines.
• Minimum 2 years in a managerial role within well-established companies.
• Strong in sourcing, vendor engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Good data analysis skills and proficiency with MS Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English; other Asian languages are a plus depending on business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all Production Operations activities within assigned service providers.
• Communicate quality, production, and CSR issues to relevant parties and implement corrective actions.
• Drive lean manufacturing strategies to maximize productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure timely monthly production plans and staff strength across production operations.
• Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure staff development within SPs.
