Job summary

Sinoma Bayah Operations & Maintenance (O&M) 中材国际印尼巴亚生产运维项目 is seeking a warehouse/inventory professional to manage daily receiving, storage, issuing, and recording of materials at site. You will monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records and documentation across departments.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in warehouse, logistics, or materials management, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with WM/MM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or material management.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, material handling, and stock management.
• Familiar with Warehouse Management (WM), Materials Management (MM), 5S, and EHS/K3.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and warehouse/inventory management systems.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Good coordination and communication skills with end users, procurement, planners, and other departments.
• Able to work hands-on and follow up warehouse activities effectively.
• Able to prepare inventory and warehouse operational reports.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Willing to work in a site/project environment and comply with company safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse activities, including receiving, checking, storing, issuing, and recording materials.
• Monitor stock levels, material movements, and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with end users, planners, procurement, and other departments regarding material requirements and availability.
• Conduct stock counting and reconciliation and follow up on discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records, inventory data, and documentation.
• Prepare regular inventory and warehouse operational reports.
• Support the implementation and improvement of digital warehouse management systems.
• Maintain proper warehouse housekeeping, 5S, security, and EHS/K3 compliance.
• Ensure materials are properly identified, arranged, stored, and controlled.
