Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably Business Operation Management.
• Minimum 5 years of administration experience, with preference for inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with Accurate Accounting System.
• Willing to be based in Jatiuwung, Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Input daily production output and raw material usage data.
• Maintain and organize production documents and filing systems.
• Monitor movement and usage of supporting raw materials for production.
• Perform system backup for Accurate software.
• Prepare historical project records and mock-up data.
• Conduct stock opname of finished bedding products.
• Monitor purchasing activities and stock usage of finished goods.
