Job summary

Decathlon is seeking a Production Industrialization Specialist in Semarang, Central Java. You will develop sustainable products, optimize industrialization, and lead efforts to meet customer requirements while controlling quality, cost, and lead time.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in textile/apparel product development, strong leadership, data analysis skills, and fluency in English. The role requires high mobility within Semarang and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in product development or industrialization in textile/apparel sector.
• Passion for Decathlon values and sports ethos.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and organized mindset.
• Analytical with proficiency in data tools (Excel/Google Sheets) and Google Workspace.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel/relocate within Semarang, Central Java.

Responsibilities

• Develop products on time with quality in alignment with customer requirements.
• Proficiently manage product development flow from concept to production.
• Ensure industrial processes respect cost, quality and lead time targets.
• Maintain quality, cost and lead time in production through continuous improvement.
• Monitor production efficiency and drive improvements via kaizen.
• Advance industrial process through automation and digitalization.
