Job summary

PT Decathlon Retail Indonesia is seeking a Production Industrialization Specialist to develop products with sustainable design and ensure efficient production aligned with customer requirements. You will oversee the product development flow, monitor lead times, and drive Kaizen improvements.

The role requires strong data analysis, proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, and fluent English, with the ability to travel across Semarang and Central Java as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in product development or industrialization in textile/apparel/garment (3–5 years).
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Strategic thinker with good communication, leadership, and proactive, organized mindset.

Requirements

• Industry Experience: 3–5 years of experience in product development or industrialization within the textile, apparel, or garment industry.
• Leadership & Strategy: Strategic thinker with strong communication skills, an authentic leadership posture, and a proactive, well-organized mindset.
• Analytical & Digital Proficiency: Strong data analysis skills with advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel, alongside everyday familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
• Language Skill: Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Mobility / working location: Semarang, Central Java, and comfortable with high daily mobility.
