Job summary

Decathlon Indonesia is seeking a Production Industrialization Specialist to drive sustainable product development and optimize industrial processes in Semarang. You will focus on delivering high-quality products within cost and lead time targets while advancing automation and digitalization.

The role requires 3–5 years in textile/apparel industrialization, strong data skills, and fluent English. Semarang-based with high daily mobility is expected.

• Analytical & Digital Proficiency: Strong data analysis skills with advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel, alongside everyday familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
• Language Skill: Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Mobility / working location: Semarang, Central Java, and comfortable with high daily mobility.
