DECATHLON Indonesia in Semarang seeks a Production Industrialization Specialist to drive sustainable product development and industrial excellence.

You will master product development flow, manage industrial processes to meet customer requirements, and push quality, cost, and lead time improvements.

The role requires 3–5 years in textile/apparel development or industrialization, strong data analytics, English fluency, and willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in product development or industrialization within the textile, apparel, or garment industry.

• Leadership & Strategy: strategic thinker with strong communication and authentic leadership.
• Analytical & Digital Proficiency: strong data analysis skills with advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
• Language Skill: Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Mobility / working location: Semarang, Central Java, comfortable with high daily mobility.
