Job summary

DECATHLON in Semarang is seeking a Supply Production Specialist to assure product availability at the right time and cost. You will manage the supply chain, referencing, orders, and capacity planning while leading improvement initiatives to optimize inventory and lead times.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in supply chain, experience in the textile/apparel sector, a Bachelor’s degree, and fluent English. High mobility and strong leadership are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in supply chain.
• Experience in textile/apparel/garment industry.
• Bachelor degree required.
• Fluent in English.
• High mobility; willing to relocate to Semarang or travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply chain to meet customer requirements.
• Manage referencing, order and production capacity.
• Organize production planning in make to stock (MTS) and make to order (MTO).
• Lead supply performance and Kaizen-driven improvements.
• Optimize inventory stock and production lead times.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time delivery.

Job Description

• Manage supply chain to respect the customer’s requirements
• Manage referencing, order and production capacity
• Organize production planning in make to stock (MTS) and make to order (MTO)
• Lead supply performance and optimize through kaizen mindset
• Optimize inventory stock and production lead time
• Coordinate with logistic to ensure on time delivery

Requirements

• You are a sport enthusiast.

• Experience in supply chain min. 5 year
• Experienced in textile/apparel/garment industry
• Min. Bachelor Degree
• Fluent in English
• Good Initiative and well-organized
