Job summary

Decathlon Indonesia is seeking a Store Department Manager to lead a sports department, driving growth and exceptional customer service. You will build a dynamic commercial strategy integrating physical and digital channels for an outstanding omnichannel experience.

The role requires leadership, operational execution, and a focus on sustainability and people development across assigned stores in Indonesia. You will lead by example and coach teammates to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both verbal and written.
• Experience in retail store leadership or operations management with team supervision.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills with ability to plan and execute strategies.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to foster autonomy within the team.

As a Store Department Manager at Decathlon Indonesia, you will take ownership of a specific sports department, driving business growth while prioritizing excellent customer service and team development.
