PT Decathlon Retail Indonesia is seeking an E-commerce Dispatch Planner to ensure stock is in the right place at the right time for digital and store channels. You will build local availability tactics, forecast and adjust plans weekly with cross-functional teams, and optimize replenishment across warehouse clusters.

The role requires 2+ years in supply chain or ecommerce operations, a Bachelor's degree (engineering preferred), and strong data analytics with SAP/SAC/Tableau experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, engineering background preferred.
• 2+ years in Supply Chain, e-commerce ops, retail or logistics leadership.
• Strong data and system affinity with key tools.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills; proactive problem solving.
• Proficient in English.

In this role, your primary objective is to guarantee local business performance by ensuring the right stock is at the right place and time for our digital and retail channels.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and preferably with Engineering background.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, E-commerce Operations, Retail, or Logistics leadership.
• Technical Skills: High affinity with data and supply systems, including SAP, SAC, Tableau, AFO, AI, Forecasting tools, and Data Analysis.
• Soft Skills: Strong critical thinking, decision‑making, and adaptability. Excellent collaboration, interpersonal communication, and a "daring" mindset to challenge the status quo.
• Language: Proficient in English.

Job Description

1. Build and Drive Local Availability Tactics

• Guarantee the best dispatch equation locally by defining availability tactics during seasonal and/or campaign sales for Ecommerce.
• Manage stock strategies based on product granularity, including top turnover families, seasonal items, and key investment products.
• Manage the stock of consumables sufficient to the needs in all B2C Fulfillment locations.
• Execute availability tactics through precise replenishment settings, such as matrix seasonality settings, tactical allocation, and pre-allocation.
• Lead shortage management tactics by maintaining a clear decision tree with the commercial and logistics ecosystem (CSM & LOG) to manage stock deficits effectively.

2. Forecast Sport Growth Locally

• Anticipate local trends to drive accurate forecasts and agile business decisions, taking into account seasonality, double date, pay day, public holidays, unique events, tourist flows, and sales formats.
• Review and dynamically adjust forecasts weekly in collaboration with the Country Sales Manager (CSM), accounting for short‑term factors like weather fluctuations or promotional events.
• Partner closely with the Zone Dispatch Planner (ZDP) to align forecasts, provide insights, and continuously challenge assumptions to ensure precise e‑commerce and in‑store sales forecasts.

3. Boost the Efficiency of Your Stock

• Process daily alerts regarding out‑of‑stocks, logistics delays, IT bugs, or bad gestures, coordinating swift actions with your local ecosystem.
• Optimize replenishment according to specific fulfillment/warehouse clusters, product families, and product lifecycles.
• Manage the clearance of slow‑moving inventory, including end‑of‑life products and out‑of‑range items, from regional warehouses.

4. Manage Local Exceptions

• Provide critical supply chain support during exceptional events, extreme sales trend changes, or major e‑commerce transitions.
• Act as the key supply coordinator for your designated perimeter during commercial peaks and localized anomalies.

KPI and Success Metrics

You will be responsible for driving the following key indicators:

• Business Results: Turnover Growth, Days Sales of Inventory (DSI), and Physical Shortage Rate.
• Operational Execution (KSI): Forecast Ratio (A & B code), Forecast Added Value (FAD), and % Manual Gesture (allocation + manual order), Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) during campaign, and consumables availability.
