Job summary

PT Matahari Leisure is seeking a Production Engineering Supervisor to lead design, evaluation and refinement of process flows, work layouts and methods. You will drive continuous improvement and manage production support activities in our Indonesia facilities.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, strong PLC and mechatronics skills, PFMEA knowledge, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Good English in speech and writing.
• Proficient in 3D Autodesk Inventor and 2D drafting.
• Strong knowledge of PFMEA and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with PLC programming and mechatronics.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Knowledge of low voltage electronics.
• Manufacturing knowledge.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate and refine process flows, work layouts and work methods.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, process flows and standard/cycle times.
• Analyze capacity, identify bottlenecks and perform line balancing.
• Manage jigs, fixtures and tooling to support production.
• Support NPI, trial production and review PFMEA.
• Conduct RCA and corrective/preventive actions with QA/QC to reduce reject, rework and scrap.
• Ensure accuracy of BOM, routing and process master data.
• Monitor and report KPIs (OEE, efficiency, cycle time) and follow-up actions.
• Guide and develop staff while ensuring compliance with health and safety, environment and quality systems.

Job description

Production Engineering Supervisor role involving design, evaluation and refinement of process flows, work layouts and work methods. The role includes leading continuous improvement initiatives and managing production support activities.

Key responsibilities
