Job summary

PT Matahari Leisure is seeking an Assembly Supervisor to plan and oversee the Final Assembly of Games and Medical Devices, coordinating with multiple departments to ensure efficient production. Strong leadership and mechanical/electronics knowledge are essential.

You will manage labor, equipment, and processes, aiming for lean manufacturing and on-time delivery. The role requires at least 2 years in a similar field and a relevant engineering degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years in the same field.
• Experience with Medical Device production.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Knowledge of electronics and mechanics.
• Ability to use measurement tools.
• Knowledge of One Piece Flow and batching.
• Understanding of Time Study, Just in Time and Lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and control Assembly Department operations.
• Oversee Final Assembly of Games and Medical Devices.
• Coordinate with Technician/Harness, Metal Shop, Wood Shop, PPIC and QC to ensure efficient production processes.
• Record and control working hours (cycle time).
• Coordinate with Purchasing for component and equipment procurement.
• Coordinate with all leaders for task and responsibility allocation.
• Manage storage, usage, and maintenance of equipment and machinery.
• Estimate work time for machine and tool production from each machine to be manufactured.
• Collaborate with R&D in prototype machine development.
• Handle administration and documentation for material/component requests, usage, equipment inventory, cycle time records, and production reports.
• Provide information and resolve conflicts/issues among staff promptly.

About you
