Job summary

Sinar Baja Electric is seeking a Production Operational Staff to ensure safe, efficient and standard production through resource management and timely problem solving. You will link production planning with field execution, coordinating materials, labor, machines, tools, schedules, and quality standards to reach targets and uphold operational excellence.

You will work at the Pasuruan plant, with recruitment conducted offline at the Surabaya head office.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1/D4 qualification in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a relevant position.
• Understanding of basic manufacturing production processes.
• Understanding of basic quality control in production processes.
• Able to perform problem solving and decision making.
• Able to operate computers and production systems.
• Able to work with targets and deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Experience in manufacturing industry.
• Experience in production assembly areas.

Responsibilities

• Ensure material and parts availability according to production plans.
• Coordinate readiness of manpower and production equipment.
• Develop production schedules and planning efficiently.
• Develop capacity planning to meet production requirements.
• Ensure production processes run according to planning and operational standards.
• Identify and record causes of loss time and analyse downtime.
• Conduct production process inspections and identify quality deviations.
• Take emergency action on quality problems in coordination with QA.
• Analyse quality issues and provide recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
• Review and revise routing periodically and identify process efficiency improvement opportunities.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is executed and machines, tools, and jigs are ready for use.
• Oversee K3L implementation in production areas, ensure correct PPE usage, and conduct routine PPE inspections.
• Provide input on training and development needs of production team members.

You will be a critical link between production planning and field execution, managing the coordination of material, labour, machines, tools, schedules, and quality standards to achieve production targets while maintaining operational excellence.

About you
