Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a proven leader to head Production Engineering, Maintenance, and Utility activities, ensuring stable and efficient plant operations.

You will drive process improvements, tooling, equipment upgrades, and new project development while monitoring line performance, downtime, and reliability.

This role requires 8+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing, strong leadership, budget management, and cross-functional teamwork; Japanese or English skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a managerial/supervisory role in a Japanese automotive manufacturing company.
• Strong experience in Production Engineering, Maintenance, Utility, and Facility Management.
• Experience in machine troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, downtime reduction, and equipment improvement.
• Strong knowledge of productivity improvement, cost reduction, and energy saving.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to manage budget, projects, and cross-functional teams.
• Japanese or English communication skills will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Production Engineering, Maintenance, and Utility activities to ensure stable and efficient plant operations.
• Manage engineering activities, including process improvement, tooling, equipment, and new project development.
• Monitor and improve line rejection, machine downtime, equipment reliability, and maintenance performance.
• Manage plant utilities, including electricity, water, compressed air, HVAC, boiler, chiller, and other facility utilities.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance, utility management, energy saving, and continuous improvement programs.
• Prepare and control department budget, maintenance costs, utility costs, and improvement projects.
• Lead innovation, productivity improvement, quality improvement, and cost reduction activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, legal, and company regulations.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate team members within PE, Maintenance, and Utility.
