• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and training to the team
• Review process procedures, work instructions, and technical reports

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Experience in Production or Process Engineering is preferred
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Good understanding of manufacturing and production processes
• Familiar with PDCA, QC Tools, Lean Manufacturing, Root Cause Analysis, QCC, P-FMEA, and 6S
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SMK3
• Comply with HSE policies and maintain a safe working environment
