Job summary

PT Simatelex Manufactory Batam is seeking a skilled manufacturing engineer to plan work and evaluate outcomes, with a focus on process improvement. The candidate should have a Diploma in Engineering and strong hands-on experience in manufacturing environments.

The role emphasizes machine specification, basic drawing concepts, setup, parameter checks, and disciplined attention to detail under pressure; knowledge of Six Sigma and 5S is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering with 3+ years in manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years working experiences in manufacture.
• Basic verbal and written English communication skills.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, 5S, Jig Fabrication is advantageous.
• Hands-on knowledge with Electrical Household is advantageous.
