Job summary

Peoplyee in East Java (Pasuruan area) is seeking a Production Analyst to monitor daily production data, analyze efficiency, and support management decisions. The role involves overseeing production processes, coordinating with QA, maintenance, and planning teams, and guiding floor staff to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and has at least 3 years of experience in production data analysis, planning, or related areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience in production, production planning and inventory control, production planning, or production data analysis within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in analyzing production data, including productivity, efficiency, output, and achievement of production targets.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience, including supervising production workers.
• Strong production data analysis, reporting, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills.
• Good understanding of standard operating procedures, production processes, and continuous improvement practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to work effectively with production data.
• Experience monitoring production activities and coordinating with operational teams.
• Experience in food manufacturing or seafood-related production is preferred.
• THR (Lebaran Allowance): 1 month of salary.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze daily production data, including output, productivity, efficiency, and progress toward production targets.
• Prepare accurate production reports and provide actionable insights to support management decision-making.
• Oversee production processes to identify operational issues, deviations, and improvement opportunities.
• Supervise and coordinate production staff to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Ensure production activities comply with established standards, standard operating procedures, and production targets.
• Coordinate with quality assurance, quality control, maintenance, warehouse, and production planning and inventory control teams to resolve production issues.
• Monitor workforce allocation and employee performance on the production floor.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase production efficiency and minimize operational issues.
• Provide regular updates on production performance and operational challenges to the Production Manager.
