Position: SAP FICO - Consultant Internal (Textile Manufacture)

We are looking for an SAP FI/CO Functional Consultant/Expert who has overall responsibility for supporting Financial accounting and controlling functionality. The SAP Officer will be responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing SAP systems within the organization, focusing on the SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling) and SAP PP (Production Planning) modules. The role will ensure seamless business operations by maintaining and improving SAP functionalities to meet business requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end implementation, configuration, and enhancement of SAP FICOand PPmodules.
• Work closely with finance, production, and other departments to gather requirements, identify gaps, and propose solutions within SAP.
• Perform system analysis and troubleshooting for issues related to SAP processes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Conduct user training and provide support to internal teams on SAP functionalities.
• Participate in SAP system upgrades, testing, and migration projects.
• Develop and monitor SAP reports (including customized reports if required) for management.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures through accurate system configurations and data management.
• Continuously assess and recommend improvements to SAP processes to enhance system performance and business efficiency.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant SAP certifications (especially in FICO and/or PP) are preferred.
• ExperienceMinimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience working with SAP, particularly in FICO (Finance & Controlling) and PP (Production Planning) modules.

Technical Skills:

• Proven experience in SAP support, configuration, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO processes(General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Cost Center Accounting, etc.).
• Strong understanding of SAP PP processes(Bill of Materials, Routing, Work Centers, Production Orders, MRP, etc.).
• Ability to analyze business processes and map them into SAP solutions.
• Experience with SAP integration with other modules(MM, SD) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
