Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in production admin, manufacturing admin, or a similar administrative role.
• Fresh graduates with strong administrative skills are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative activities related to production operations
• Prepare, record, and maintain production reports and related documentation
• Input and monitor production data accurately and in a timely manner
• Prepare documentation related to production schedules, work orders, and production results
• Coordinate with Production, PPIC, Warehouse, Quality Control, and other related departments
• Monitor the completeness and accuracy of production documents and records
• Support the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly production reports
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for production-related records
• Assist the Production team with administrative tasks to support smooth manufacturing operations
