Job summary

PT Vivo Mobile Indonesia is seeking a proactive Training Specialist to develop and localize new product training materials for the Indonesian market. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure materials are accurate, engaging, and aligned with product launches.

The role involves participating in centralized Train the Trainer programs, delivering standardized training to local trainers, and driving continuous improvement in training methods and content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field (Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Education) or related area.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product training, sales training, or terminal marketing in mobile phones or consumer electronics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow up the launch timeline and training requirements of new mobile phone products.
• Develop product training materials, including competitive manuals, FAQs, knowledge materials, and short video content.
• Localize and adapt training materials for the Indonesian market while aligning with company standards.
• Conduct Train the Trainer (TTT) programs and enable local trainers and lecturers.
• Deliver standardized product training knowledge and methods to local trainer teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales and other departments to gather product info and training needs.
• Support continuous improvement of training programs, materials, and delivery methods.
