Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience in retail/electronics/gadget industry preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office; strong presentation and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize and deliver engaging retail training programs through offline and online sessions.
• Localize global training materials for Indonesian market and business needs.
• Create interactive learning experiences, including gamification-based methods.
• Develop, update, and maintain training materials linked to product launches and operations.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via assessments, role plays, quizzes, and feedback.
• Monitor training progress, keep records, and prepare training reports and performance analyses.
• Collaborate with Retail Operations and cross-functional teams to identify training needs and support capability development.
