Job summary

StickEarn in Indonesia is seeking a Product Support specialist to ensure our products run smoothly, support operations, and maintain data quality. You will collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to enable successful adoption and feature launches.

You will help with GTM readiness, prepare business reporting, and ensure data integrity across the product data pipeline. Fresh grads welcome and English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates welcome; prior product ops experience is a plus.
• Data and tech‑savvy, detail‑oriented, highly organized.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for product issues; triage and respond to bugs.
• Escalate critical issues with documentation and steps to reproduce.
• Create and maintain product documentation: FAQs, guides, release notes.
• Support GTM activities with user materials and readiness docs.
• Assist PMs with monthly reports, campaign performance and decks.
• Support data extraction and deck preparation for business reporting.
• Ensure data quality in the product data pipeline (e.g., Playlog).
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate resolution with teams.

As a Product Support, you will play a key role in ensuring our products run smoothly and deliver the best experience to users. You will work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to support product operations, maintain data quality, and create documentation that enables successful product adoption and feature launches.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for product-related issues by monitoring, triaging, and responding to user-reported bugs or failures.
• Escalate critical issues to the Engineering team with proper documentation and reproducible steps.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and release notes.
• Support Go-To-Market (GTM) activities for new feature launches by developing user-facing materials and internal readiness documentation.
• Assist Product Managers in preparing business and product reporting deliverables, including monthly business reviews, campaign performance reports, and proposal decks.
• Support data extraction, processing, and deck preparation for business reporting purposes.
• Ensure product data quality by conducting regular checks on data provided through the product's data pipeline (e.g., Playlog), validating accuracy and integrity of data displayed to end users.
• Identify and flag data discrepancies and work with relevant teams to resolve issues.
