Job summary

StickEarn is seeking a Project Operations (Customer Success) to support client projects in a hybrid work environment in Jakarta. You will be the main point of contact for client communications and coordinate across internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates with a basic understanding of project management, strong time management, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Under the direction of Customer Success team, Project Operations will be responsible to support client projects. This includes planning, be the first point of contact for client, ensure the implementation will be done in a timely manner, and elevate any issues to the respective team.

What You'll Do
