Job summary

PT. Berca Hardayaperkasa (BHp) is seeking a product-focused professional in Jakarta to manage and grow assigned IT portfolios, with emphasis on HPE and Huawei Enterprise Solutions.

You will collaborate with principals, distributors, and internal teams to shape go-to-market strategies and support customer needs. The role requires 1-2 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Product Management or related IT roles.
• Proven experience with IT product portfolios such as HPE, Huawei, Server, Storage, Networking, Cloud, or Enterprise Infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud technologies.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

• Manage and develop assigned product portfolios, focusing on HPE and/or Huawei Enterprise Solutions.
• Establish relationships with principals, distributors, partners, and internal sales teams.
• Drive growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities while maintaining an accurate sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with principals on objectives, sales strategies, and marketing activities.
• Provide product positioning, competitive analysis, and solution recommendations.

Job description

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Product Management, Product Specialist, Business Development, or related roles within the IT industry.

Proven experience managing or supporting at least one of the following product portfolios: HPE, Huawei, Server, Storage, Networking, Cloud, or Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions.

Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, data center solutions, cloud technologies, and digital transformation initiatives.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with principals, partners, and customers.

Experience working closely with technology principals, vendors, distributors, or strategic partners.

Strong analytical, business planning, and opportunity management capabilities.

Proactive, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Manage and develop assigned product portfolios, with a primary focus on HPE and/or Huawei Enterprise Solutions.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with principals, distributors, partners, and internal sales teams.

Drive business growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and go-to-market initiatives.

Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities while maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.

Collaborate with principals to align business objectives, sales strategies, and marketing activities.

Provide product positioning, competitive analysis, and solution recommendations to support customer requirements.

Conduct product presentations, training sessions, workshops, and customer engagement activities.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and principal updates to identify growth opportunities and business risks.

Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity development to project closure.

Work directly with leading global technology vendors and enterprise-class solutions.
