Job summary

PT. Berca Hardayaperkasa is seeking an Application Monitoring Engineer to safeguard performance and availability. You will use Splunk to analyze logs, build dashboards, alerts, and run root-cause analyses for incidents.

You will collaborate with DevOps, Infra, and Support teams to improve service reliability, document findings, and implement proactive monitoring enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Application Monitoring, IT Operations, Application Support, or Observability Engineering (preferred).
• Hands-on experience using Splunk for log analysis, monitoring, dashboards, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of application performance monitoring and incident management.
• Familiarity with Linux and/or Windows server environments.
• Understanding of REST APIs, application architecture, and basic networking.
• Ability to analyze logs, identify anomalies, and troubleshoot application incidents.

About you
