NEWLAB+ is an up-and-coming FMCG company in Indonesia focusing on beauty, health, and wellness products. We are seeking a Video Production & Editor Executive who can translate briefs into high-quality visual content, delivering on-brand results in a fast-paced environment.

You will capture photos and videos for campaigns, collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams, operate production equipment, and edit content to uphold quality and timelines. A portfolio is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in multimedia/visual communication or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as videographer/photographer or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photos and videos for marketing campaigns, social media, product launches, and company activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to develop visual concepts for campaigns.
• Operate cameras, lighting, audio, and other production equipment during shoots.
• Edit photos and videos to produce engaging, brand-consistent content.
• Enhance visuals with graphics, transitions, music, and effects as needed.
• Organize digital media assets and ensure timely delivery meeting brand guidelines.

About the role

We're seeking a Video Production & Editor Executive who is passionate about creating high-quality visual content that brings brands to life. You have a strong eye for composition, storytelling, and visual aesthetics, while being able to translate creative briefs into engaging photo and video content. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, collaborate well with cross-functional teams, and consistently deliver content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Key responsibilities

Capture high-quality photos and videos for marketing campaigns, social media, product launches, and company activities.

Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams to develop creative visual concepts that support campaign objectives.

Operate production equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio, and other supporting tools during shoots.

Edit photos and videos using professional editing software to produce engaging and brand-consistent content.

Enhance visual content with graphics, transitions, music, sound effects, and other creative elements when needed.

Organize and maintain digital media assets, including raw files and final deliverables, in a structured archive.

Ensure all visual content meets company brand guidelines, quality standards, and project timelines.

Provide recommendations to improve visual quality, production workflow, and creative execution.

About you

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Multimedia, Visual Communication Design, Film, Photography, Broadcasting, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Videographer, Photographer, or similar role.

Proficient in operating professional camera equipment, lighting, audio, and video production tools.

Able to produce up to 15 videos per day.

Having basic knowledge of graphic design.

Skilled in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut, Adobe Lightroom, After Effects, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of composition, lighting, color grading, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.

Able to work collaboratively with multiple teams while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about producing high-quality visual content.

A portfolio showcasing photography and videography projects is required.
