Job summary

Monee is seeking a Business Product Manager to lead the end-to-end development of Payment Processing solutions for ShopeePay in Jakarta. You will own lifecycle management, define requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, compliance, and operations to deliver scalable payment rails that meet business and regulatory needs.

The role requires 3-5 years in payment product management, strong knowledge of Indonesian rails, and excellent English and Bahasa

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business or a related field from a reputable university.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in payment gateways or payment processing.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian payment rails, transaction flows, and integrations.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and translate business needs into clear product requirements.
• Excellent communication in English and Bahasa.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle of Payment Processing products, from discovery and roadmap prioritization through launch and ongoing improvement.
• Own the payment processing channels, including channel performance, transaction lifecycle and expansion to new rails.
• Analyze the market, competitors, and key product metrics to find growth opportunities, close capability gaps, and shape product direction.
• Define and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that translate into measurable improvements.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across business, technical, compliance, risk, and operations teams to agree on requirements and priorities, and to deliver payment solutions that meet business and regulatory needs.
• Maintain existing products and lead live issue escalations, coordinating resolution across relevant teams.
