Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Marketing or quantitative majors.
• 3–6 years product management experience in e‑commerce or related fast-paced industries.
• Experience drafting BRD, preparing UAT scenarios, and managing live product releases.
• Strong data-driven commercial analysis, development resource planning, and product pipeline management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication for cross-border and regional collaboration.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills.
• High ownership, adaptability, and teamwork with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate end‑to‑end systems to manage requirements and support workflows within the project scope.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration to identify pain points, analyze business drivers, and formulate structured product plans.
• Evaluate business requirements and design core functions for supply chain subsystems and BRD delivery.
• Prioritize feature requests based on data-driven analysis, resource planning, and pipeline management.
• Execute UAT scenarios and coordinate testing and live release phases for timely delivery.
• Lead internal user education on new functionalities to drive adoption.
• Monitor KPIs and propose continuous improvements throughout the project lifecycle.
