Job summary

B Capital is seeking a Product Manager for Payment Platform in Indonesia to own the internal intelligence of a multi-currency payment engine and drive currency expansion with low latency and high resilience. You will replace manual interventions with automated systems to maximize transaction success and build the strategy and technical build for scalable payments.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Commercial, Operations, Compliance, and Engineering, define metrics, and run experiments

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Payment Product Management.
• Ability to absorb technical concepts and communicate to non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record delivering results and willingness to roll up sleeves.
• Strong ability to influence across functions and escalate concerns.

Responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities and establish a shared product vision and roadmap.
• Lead ideation, research, design, and launch of customer-centric products with detailed specs.
• Build alignment across product teams, leadership, and partners in Commercial, Operations, Compliance, and Engineering.
• Define and analyze metrics to monitor product health and design experiments to improve the funnel.
• Work with developers to define UAT cases and drive development with engineers and designers.
