Job summary

v-green indonesia is seeking a seasoned Lead for EV charging station operations across Indonesia. You will direct technical and operations teams to ensure reliable station performance, oversee maintenance programs, and drive improvements while coordinating with Setup & Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Management, or related fields.
• 10+ years of working experience in operations, maintenance, infrastructure, telecommunications, energy, utilities, or related industries.
• Experience leading technical or operational teams across multiple locations.
• Strong experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and day-to-day operations management.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Able to handle operational issues, prioritize problems, and make decisions quickly.
• Experience in EV charging, electrical infrastructure, telecommunications, energy, or similar industries is a plus.
• Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Based in Jabodetabek and willing to travel across Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall EV charging station operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting across multiple regions in Indonesia.
• Manage and supervise operation and technical teams to ensure smooth and reliable station operations.
• Monitor station performance, equipment condition, downtime, and maintenance activities.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance and ensure technical issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Lead troubleshooting and escalation of major technical and operational issues.
• Manage contractors, vendors, and service providers for maintenance and technical support.
• Ensure teams follow operational, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with Setup, Engineering, and other departments to resolve operational issues and support station improvements.
• Monitor operational performance and provide regular reports and recommendations to the Director of Setup & Operation.
• Willing to travel extensively across Indonesia.
