Job summary

Kredivo Group in Jakarta is seeking a Product Manager – Core Banking (Loan) to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for our core loan platform across markets. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Risk, Finance, and Compliance to deliver scalable lending capabilities.

You will own PRDs and user stories, prioritize initiatives based on customer impact and business value, and ensure regulatory alignment while guiding cross-functional teams through discovery to launch.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of Product Management experience, preferably in fintech, banking, lending, payments, or other technology-driven companies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
• Experience writing clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Comfortable working with engineers and able to understand technical concepts, APIs, system integrations, and platform architecture.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in Agile product development teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in lending, credit, banking, or financial services is a strong advantage.
• Experience working on platform products or B2B integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from problem discovery, solution design, PRD creation, development, launch, and post-launch monitoring.
• Define product requirements and work closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality product solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Business, Operations, Risk, Finance, and Compliance to align priorities and ensure successful delivery.
• Analyze customer behavior, operational metrics, and business performance to identify opportunities and drive product improvements.
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, business value, engineering effort, and strategic objectives.
• Drive the delivery of scalable lending platform capabilities across multiple countries and business partners.
• Monitor product performance after launch and continuously optimize based on data and user feedback.
• Manage product roadmaps while balancing short-term business needs with long-term platform investments.
• Ensure product solutions comply with local regulations and internal governance standards across different markets.
