Job summary

Kredivo Group in Indonesia is hiring a Product Manager to drive strategy, development, and execution of core financial and credit products. You will own end-to-end lifecycles, write PRDs, map complex user flows, and run experiments to validate value propositions.

You will collaborate with UX, engineering, data analytics, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution, measure impact, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on product management experience.
• Ability to write clear PRDs and map edge-case flows.
• Data-driven with ability to design A/B experiments.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Formulate hypotheses and run A/B tests to validate value propositions.
• Define product strategy and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
• Build feature-level analytics dashboards with Product Analytics.
• Create PRDs and map complex user flows.
• Guide UX design and review prototypes.
• Understand architecture trade-offs with engineering.
• Lead end-to-end feature launches and manage timelines.
