Job summary

Kredivo in Jakarta is seeking a Product Manager – Core Banking (Loan) to own the end-to-end lifecycle of the core loan platform powering Kredivo's lending products across markets.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Risk, Finance, Business Development, and Compliance to deliver scalable, compliant lending capabilities. Prior experience in fintech or banking and strong stakeholder management are key.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of Product Management experience in fintech/banking/payments or tech-driven firms.
• Strong analytical and data-informed decision making.
• Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and platform architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and post-launch monitoring.
• Specify product requirements and collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver solutions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Business, Operations, Risk, Finance, and Compliance.
• Analyze customer behavior and metrics to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Prioritize initiatives based on impact, value, and engineering effort.
• Drive scalable lending platform capabilities across multiple countries.
• Monitor product performance post-launch and optimize using data and feedback.
• Manage roadmaps balancing short-term needs with long-term investments.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and governance standards across markets.
