Job summary

Kredivo is seeking a Product Manager in Jakarta to drive strategy, development, and execution of core financial and credit products. You will own end-to-end lifecycles, write detailed PRDs, map complex user flows, and guide experiments to deliver high-impact features aligning with business goals.

You will collaborate with UX, engineering, data analytics, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution and measurable outcomes while leading feature launches and backlog prioritization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on product management experience owning end-to-end lifecycles.
• Ability to write clear PRDs and map edge-case user flows.
• Data-driven decision making using product analytics and experiments.
• Strong stakeholder alignment across Engineering, UX, Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Formulate hypotheses, design A/B tests, and validate MVPs to improve user value.
• Set product strategy and decisions with business impact in mind.
• Build feature analytics and dashboards, tracking performance.
• Create PRDs and flow diagrams covering complex scenarios.
• Collaborate with UX and engineering to balance UX and tech constraints.
• Understand architecture trade-offs for feasible feature delivery.
• Lead end-to-end launches and manage backlogs by value and severity.
