B One Consulting in Bali, Indonesia, is seeking a Product Manager (AI Enabled) to own the product vision and delivery across client projects, bridging clients, designers, and engineers. You set direction, write briefs, and define acceptance criteria, ensuring the output meets business constraints and client needs.

You will lead backlog management, write user stories, and guide agile ceremonies while leveraging AI tools to accelerate discovery and prototyping.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in an agency or multi-project environment.
• Proven track record shipping web and mobile products end-to-end.
• Strong design judgment: critique flows and screens, explain why it works or not, push back on design.
• Experience using AI tools to augment product and workflows.
• Strong grasp of agile methodologies and hands-on fluency with Project management tools.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to delegate with context and follow up on outcomes, not activity.
• Comfortable saying no to clients and internally, and explaining trade-offs.
• Gives direct feedback without taking it personally and stays composed across parallel projects.
• Comfortable with AI/ML product concepts.
• Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia recommended.

Aufgaben

• Own and maintain product backlogs across multiple client projects from discovery to delivery.
• Translate client and business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs.
• Write clear design briefs: problem, users, constraints, success criteria, scope.
• Review and challenge design work from user flows to high-fidelity prototypes and give actionable feedback.
• Use AI tools to accelerate discovery, specs, and rough concept sketching.
• Prioritize ruthlessly balancing client expectations, technical constraints, and timelines.
• Run agile ceremonies (sprint planning, refinement, reviews) and keep delivery on track.
• Act as the main bridge between clients, designers, and engineering teams.
• Define and track product and usability metrics to validate value.
